Build a Better You: Diet for Health & Wellbeing

It is well documented that people with mental health problems are more likely to smoke, drink alcohol and have poor diets.

If you have been thinking about making changes to your lifestyle, such as eating and drinking healthily, there is plenty of help and support available.

This course will increase your knowledge of the benefits of healthy living and show you how to make simple and easy healthy living improvements to your lifestyle.

By the end of this course, you will:

  • Understand the benefits of healthy eating and drinking
  • Learn about the different food groups
  • Learn how food and drink can affect your mood
  • Consider ways to stay motivated to eat and drink healthily
  • Set some realistic, personal goals to maintain a healthy diet.
